At 1,500 meters above sea level, Berglodge37 rests quietly in the mountains, an eco-conscious retreat space created in deep harmony with nature.
Wellness area with a Bio Sauna (60°C), Finnish sauna (80°C), panoramic windows, and two modern infrared sauna rooms.
Special music-driven and science-based breathwork classes to let go, restore, and tap into the magic within you.
Restorative practices, breathwork, movement, and yoga-based stretching
Practice in a warm wooden space or on the outdoor deck surrounded by alpine beauty, with both areas fully equipped with mats and props.
Nourishing vegetarian cuisine made with regional and seasonal ingredients, crafted with love and inspired by international flavors.
Moon-wood beds for optimal sleep; each room includes a rain shower, toilet, and a cozy seating area with mountain views.

We gather each day in the warm, light-filled wooden practice space or outdoor at Berglodge37, held by the quiet clarity of the mountains. Mornings begin in silence, unfolding into breathwork, meditation, and dynamic movement flows. Evenings settle into functional breathing, restorative practices, and yoga-based stretching. Our classes weave stillness and vibrant music, supporting you to reconnect and grow.
Each day offers a thoughtful balance of guided sessions and spacious personal time to unwind in the cozy lounge, explore the hiking trails, relax in the sauna, or simply follow what feels right in the rhythm of the mountains.
We teach mainly in English, with German guidance available.

Nestled at 1,500 meters, Berglodge37 is an eco-conscious mountain lodge designed to live in harmony with nature. Located in the picturesque, car-free village of Eggberge in Uri, it offers wide mountain views and a deep sense of stillness.
Meals are lovingly prepared with local, seasonal, and organic ingredients, and they’ve become one of the signature joys of our retreats.
