Manuela Schoepfer
Co-Founder
Manuela is a creative leader, entrepreneur and international breathwork educator, recognised as one of the early voices shaping modern breathwork in Europe. With a background in hospitality and over a decade of experience designing retreats, teacher trainings and immersive wellbeing formats, she brings clarity and depth into every space she creates.
Her work bridges Eastern philosophy and Western science, translating ancient practices into structured, transformative experiences for individuals, leadership teams and global brands. While living in Los Angeles for over five years, she devoted herself to the study and embodiment of breathwork, a chapter that shaped her methodology and vision.
Today, she mentors the next generation of practitioners and co-founded ADA, an adaptogenic non-alcoholic drink redefining conscious social drinking.
