Designed to support physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing, this music-driven class gently builds toward a longer, transformative breathing journey.

keur collaborates closely with leading research institutions, including the University Hospital Basel, and contributes to ongoing studies in the field of breathing and wellbeing. By translating scientific insight into practice, we create science-based and practical protocols that help create a safe space while supporting functional breathing, nervous system regulation, resilience, better sleep, emotional release, and reduced stress and anxiety.

The Breath is open to all levels and welcomes anyone who feels called to join. Whether you are new to breathwork or already familiar with the practice, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.
