Breathwork Teacher Training
A true labor of love. Our sixth Breathwork Teacher Training in Switzerland.
Shaped by over a decade of international teaching, guided by world-leading guest teachers, and refined through long-standing partnerships with University Hospital Basel and On — this training brings together science, practice, and creative exploration across movement, mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing, sports performance, corporate wellbeing, and personal transformation.
One training. The full spectrum of breathwork.
Become a certified teacher in a practice the world is only beginning to understand.
The Work Begins With Us — In This Training, We Transform Ourselves First,
So We Can Hold Space for Others.
Breathwork is one of the most direct ways we know to regulate the mind, body, and nervous system. A way to move from thinking to feeling, from the head back into the body.
Grounded in physiology and lived experience, it supports mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing — offering science-backed tools for stress, focus, energy, sports performance, and inner transformation.
To teach it well and safely, we first learn to meet it within ourselves.
The keur Method
Our training is grounded in the science of breathing — how it shapes brainwaves, the nervous system, and the body’s capacity to rest, perform, focus, and feel.
You’ll learn to work with the breath as an efficient and accessible tool — for sleep, clarity, stress regulation, and access to deeper meditative states. And from there, to go beyond.
This is the keur Method.
A practice that brings together contemporary breathwork, movement, and sound — designed to restore balance, build resilience, and cultivate deep inner connection.
Join our 100-hour science-based Breathwork Teacher Training.
An immersive journey into the art, science, and practice of breathing.
