    • Closing and Integration: A closing phase for reflection and discussion on integrating the breathwork experience into your daily routine.

  • Breathwork refers to various techniques that involve intentionally altering your breathing patterns. There are hundreds of breathing exercises within the realm of breathwork, including slow and fast breathing, as well as breath holds, each with its own unique purpose. In a private session, we use various breathing techniques depending on the consulting conversation and the desired outcome.

  • Each private breathwork session has a duration of 75minutes and will be held in-person or virtual via Zoom.
