During the retreat, we will be practicing in a stunning studio or outdoors, surrounded by the natural beauty of Casas na Ferraria. The space is fully equipped with all necessary props and mats, ensuring comfort and ease during your practice. Each morning begins in silence, offering diverse practices such as breathwork, meditation, chanting, and dynamic movement flows to awaken the body and mind. Evenings are dedicated to calming and restorative activities, including breathwork, sound healing, and yin + restorative yoga. Our sessions blend moments of stillness with vibrant music, designed to deepen your self-connection and foster personal growth.
Between group classes, you’ll have plenty of personal time to enjoy the retreat your way—whether it’s unwinding with a book in the garden, soaking up the sun by the pool, or taking a walk to the nearby beach. For the more adventurous, the area offers excellent surfing spots, coastal hiking trails, and breathtaking ocean views to immerse yourself in Portugal’s natural beauty.
We teach primarily in English, but guidance in German is also available.

Casas na Ferraria is a very special place, located just a half-hour drive south of Lisbon. Here the air is filled with the perfume of eucalyptus trees. In May, enjoy the perfect warm temperatures as you stroll through the native forests, inviting a sense of peace and connection to nature.
