The Breath, is a one hour breathwork experience, carefully designed for inner and outer exploration. By combining science-based breathing techniques with movement and sound, we create a deeply immersive journey that supports physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing and invites you to go beyond, opening up to the magic within.
One of the main benefits of breathwork is the self-regulation of the nervous system. This ability is a highly efficient tool for managing stress responses, calming anxiety, and fostering a state of emotional equilibrium. If the weather is nice and warm, the session will take place outside on the On rooftop.

Teaching language: The primary language of instruction in our class is English, but we are also happy to provide guidance in German
What to bring: A blanket, warm sweater, socks and water bottle. We have Yoga mats on-site.
Preparation: We recommend not to eat heavy meals before practicing breathing techniques. If you can, try to stop eating 90 minutes before the workshop. Carefully read through our FAQ. If you are pregnant or have any health conditions, please reach out to us.
