Recording: Session is live via zoom and recorded. You’ll have access to the replay afterwards.
Preparation: Warm sweater, cozy clothing, yoga mat and a blanket, water bottle, a journal, pen and and an eye pillow (if available). A quiet, undisturbed place with WiFi access if joining live and a set up for a supportive seat for practice.
